DLS: ARCH is a Chichester based Chartered Architectural Practice with over 38 years of experience gained working in both the public and private sectors. The company offers full RIBA architectural services and will ensure environmental sensitivity is met in all projects through energy efficiency and low running costs, efficient use of space and the careful selection of materials and finishes to meet a set budget, whatever the scale.

Projects delivered by DLS:ARCH include a new hospice development in Bosham, Chichester, Chichester College / University of Chichester Student Accommodation Scheme, Rother Valley Age of Transfer Scheme for WSCC and a large range of housing schemes of all scales.

Mantis Energy is a team of fabric, mechanical and electrical engineers specialising in sustainable building designs who believe that new and existing homes can be built better. They achieve this by designing new and existing properties into energy efficient, low running cost, future homes. Mantis Energy has particular experience in the design of low temperature heating such as air source, ground source and water source heat pumps as well as heat recovery ventilation (MVHR). 

Mantis Energy works with architects, homeowners, developers and contractors providing a range of services including design, project management and compliance.

Thorpe Engineering Consultants was created to provide a flexible and responsive service for built environment development projects. Since its inception, the Company has specialised in providing Timber Engineering design.

 

Thorpe Engineering Consultants is a member of TRADA and provides engineering design services for residential and commercial buildings in CLT, SIPs or timber frame.

The Company also provides Civil & Structural engineering design for traditional forms of construction and can provide a full engineering package including the foundations and external works. Thorpe utilises digital tools to deliver lean processes, which means better value for their customers.

CGS Civils design civil engineering solutions for any project with strong expertise in sustainable drainage design, flood risk assessments, nitrate neutrality and highway drainage. The Company designs drainage solutions for any site and will assist in the initial stages of any planning application.

The company structure allows CGS Civils to deliver a personal and efficient service to their clients whilst offering highly competitive prices. CGS can meet highly complex requirements and provide design services for developments of all sizes and sectors from single dwellings to large residential and industrial sites

RJS Waste Management UK Ltd specialises in the identification, collection, removal and disposal of hazardous waste. This includes Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs), Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), toxic waste and fly-tipping.

With regional offices in London, Oxford and Chichester giving easy access to the home counties and beyond, RJS asbestos surveys and removal services, hazardous waste management services are available UK-wide.

The Company works with a wide range of businesses from small independents to larger multinational organisations and have developed lasting relationships with construction companies, building surveyors, architects, property developers, property managers, estate agents and insurance companies.
